National/Regional Company Requirements
If you are applying for membership into the Landlord2Landlord RenterNet and you
are a National/Regional Company, a master agreement may be put into place with additional
branch or department memberships opened. National/Regional companies are subject
to many of the same requirements as a large apartment rental corporation; however
Landlord2Landlord will set up a customized registration package for you. The following
branch membership information will be required in addition to the information requested
in your custom registration package:
- Location type
- Corporate authentication of request
- Permissible purpose type
- Business type
- FCRA requirements acknowledgement
- Access security requirements acknowledgement
